Personal data is stored - on hard disks of which Nomatron bvba is the owner or on harddisks that are part of cloudservices managed by Nomatron bvba but not physically owned by Nomatron bvba. Sensitive Personal data such as account access code's and passwords are not stored in a readable format. Personal data is kept as long as Nomatron bvba deems this necessary to store this data. When terminating an agreement with Nomatron bvba, information can be retained up to a maximum of 6 months after the termination.
